Can I sell my property?

Yes, your leasehold title is registered in your name, and you can sell it at any time with no exit fees.

How can I receive an income from my investment?

Your land or home can be let by the on-site management, either as a fixed monthly return, or periodic income for a percentage of the income.  Our management team specialise in tourism and accommodation and will happily handle your property’s bookings, cleaning, and administration. Payments are made to you monthly in arrears and letting your property is at your discretion.

Pets?

All Holiday Lifestyle properties allow pets in accordance with our Pet Policy.  This policy is applicable to all owners, visitors and guests.

Is the land subject to land tax and is GST inclusive?

GST is included in the price and the property is exempt of land tax.

What do I legally obtain when I purchase?

You obtain a registered leasehold title for a term 999 years.  This title is legally registered in your name, is mortgageable and transferable should you wish to sell or pass on to others in the future.

Stamp Duty?

No stamp duty is payable if it is your principal place of residence.  Other purchase types attract stamp duty on the land component only.

We guarantee a 6.5% net return

Our lease back option allows Holiday Lifestyle to provide you the security of a guaranteed net return of 6.5% based off the purchase price.
