Peter Simms (Acquisition & Development): Peter is a qualified valuer and licensed estate agent and has been involved in the hotel/motel and caravan/accommodation sector for over 30 years and in the real estate industry for over 35 years, with a focus on hotel and leisure sectors. Peter is primarily involved in the identification and sourcing of existing caravan park and other re-development opportunities, including the capacity to overlay HLV’s business model via the application of the leasehold subdivision structure to facilitate the sale of individual sites (with or without Villas). He is also involved in developing and implementing the sales strategy for the sale of individual sites and villas on each of HLV’s villages.
Lauren Clarke (General Manager): Lauren has been involved in the accommodation sector for over 15 years and is primarily responsible for overseeing the day to day management of the operations of head office and each of the individual Villages. This includes recruiting, training and liaising with the on-site Managers on a daily basis and also in terms of managing the coordination and direction of the overall marketing of the individual Villages. Lauren also is actively involved in terms of master planning the individual villages to cater for specific target markets, including the development of marketing communication to support the groups tourism operations, in conjunction with the Marketing Manager. She is also involved in identifying and negotiating supply contracts including in relation to the provision of construction services, planning and design of villages and overseeing compliance with State and Local Government regulations in relation to the operation of the various Villages.
Christian Simitzis (Operations): Christian undertakes a number of operation roles from HLV Head Office and on site including relief management, overseeing RMS and training procedures, updating websites, booking advertising, co-ordinating maintenance across the various villages as well as managing procurement and sourcing of services required across the various villages.
Lydia Ang (Accounting): Lydia is a CPA qualified Chartered Accountant manages the day to day finance function at HLV’s head office which includes accounts payable, BAS preparation and lodgement and cash flow management. She is supported by HLV’s external accountants in relation to compilation of end of year financial statements.
Renae Martin (Marketing): Renae is responsible for managing the marketing of HLV’s Villages into the tourism sector. Renae has a built a career in wholesale Travel, including roles in reservations and operations. She won The NITA ‘rep of the year’ 2007 from Industry peers and nominated 2008 and 2009. She now splits her time as a Travel Agent for Lifestyle Travel Ballarat and leading the sales and marketing for HLV’s villages into the tourism sector across social and print media.
Nathan Simitzis (Internal Sales & Marketing): Nathan has experience in marketing leasehold land projects and allocates his time across managing and updating HLV’s own database, marketing campaigns and coordinating open for inspections. Nathan is based primarily at head office and assists in all forms of operations including relief management.
